Comité de la ONU CONTRA la TORTURA EXAMINARA a Venezuela, el 6 (10:00 am) & 7 (3:00 pm) de noviembre en Ginebra.

El Comité, que está integrado por 10 expertos independientes, entablara un diálogo con las respectivas "delegaciones gubernamentales".
